We build the systems businesses run on.

Commerce platforms, internal tools and mobile apps — web, admin, iOS and Android delivered as one system, on one API.

01 / 02 Price & Co

Delivered in five months

A wholesale operation on four surfaces

A complete B2B wholesale platform — storefront, back office, and native apps for field sales — built as one system with a single shared API and role-aware access from the ground up.

WebBuyer-facing ordering

Surfaces

  • WebBuyer-facing ordering
  • AdminCatalogue, orders, accounts
  • iOSField sales
  • AndroidField sales

Roles

  • Owner
  • Manager
  • Salesman

Wholesale runs on relationships and repetition. The same buyers order the same lines every week, and the people taking those orders are rarely at a desk.

Price & Co needed one system that worked for all three: an owner watching the whole business, managers running the catalogue and accounts, and salesmen taking orders in the field on their phones. Rather than bolt an app onto an existing storefront, we built a single API with role-aware access and shipped four surfaces against it — so an order placed on a phone, on the web, or by a manager behaves identically.

02 / 02 Our own product

In production

An HR platform deep enough to run a company

Our own product: a complete HR system covering the full employee lifecycle, from directory and attendance through leave, rostering and payroll. Eleven modules, in production with real users.

WebEmployee and manager access

Surfaces

  • WebEmployee and manager access
  • AdminOrganisation and payroll control

Most HR tools handle the easy half — a directory, a leave form — and leave the hard parts to spreadsheets. Rostering, shift patterns, late adjustment, payroll runs and the audit trail underneath all of it are where HR software actually earns its place.

We built the whole lifecycle. An eight-tab employee profile covering personal, bank, salary, education, experience and training. Approval chains that forward correctly when a manager is away. Payroll with drafts, logs and pay-slips. It is a product, not a project — which means every part of it had to work for organisations we have not met yet.

What we build

Three shapes of work.

Most engagements are one of these, or a combination. All of them ship with the source and the documentation.

01

Commerce platforms

Storefronts, dealer portals and ordering systems for businesses where the catalogue and the account structure are the hard part.

02

Internal systems

Admin panels, dashboards and operational tools built around how a team actually works, not around a generic template.

03

Mobile apps

Native iOS and Android built on the same API as the web, so behaviour stays identical wherever the work happens.

Ten thousand ordersa month run throughsoftware we builtin five months.

Store Kits

In development

Readymade storefronts, built on the same foundation.

We are turning the commerce work into a set of production-ready kits, each designed around one vertical. These are in design and build now — not yet available to buy.

Atelier

Fashion

Seasonal drops, lookbooks and size-colour matrices.

Pantry

Grocery

High-SKU catalogues with fast repeat ordering.

Ledger

Wholesale

B2B ordering with account pricing and credit terms.

Circuit

Electronics

Spec-heavy products with comparison and filtering.

Glow

Beauty

Shade matching, routines and subscription refills.

Booking

Services

Appointment-led commerce for studios and clinics.

Tell us which one you want first and we will let you know when it ships.

We use your email only to tell you when the kits are ready. See our privacy policy.

How we build

Engineering standards, not service lines.

Cloud, security and applied AI are how the work gets done here — not four boxes on a pricing page.

Infrastructure

[ 01 ]

Cloud that stays boring.

Reproducible environments, automated deploys and observability from the first commit. Infrastructure should be the least interesting part of your week.

Posture

[ 02 ]

Security as a default.

Role-aware access modelled at the API, encryption in transit and at rest, audited dependencies. Not a phase near the end.

Applied AI

[ 03 ]

AI where it earns its place.

Search, categorisation and forecasting where they measurably help. No chatbot bolted onto a dashboard.

What's next

Toward a platform for fashion.

Fashion wholesale is the problem we know best: linesheets, seasonal drops, size and colour matrices, dealer portals. We have already built most of those parts once.

The direction is a dedicated platform for fashion brands and their wholesale channel. It is early, and we are still building the pieces in the open through client work and Store Kits.

We build it once. Then we build itfor everyone.

Work with us

Tell us what you need to run.

01

Build

We scope, design and ship the system. You own the source, the infrastructure and the documentation at handover.

02

Build and operate

We build it, then keep it running — monitoring, updates and iteration, so you do not need an in-house platform team on day one.
