Who we are

Kivan Labs is a software studio operating remotely. For anything on this page, including access and deletion requests, contacthello@kivanlabs.com.

What we collect

There is no account system, no advertising and no cross-site tracking on this site. Personal data reaches us in exactly three ways.

1. The Store Kits waitlist

If you submit the early-access form, we receive your email address and, optionally, which kit interests you. We use it for one purpose: to tell you when Store Kits are available, and to reply if you asked something. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

The form is also protected by a hidden anti-spam field. If your browser fills it in, the submission is discarded without being sent — no data is stored.

2. Booking a call

The “Book a call” buttons link to our scheduling page on Cal.com. Anything you enter there is collected by Cal.com on our behalf and used to arrange and hold the meeting.

3. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It reports aggregate figures — how many people viewed a page, and roughly where they arrived from. It does not fingerprint you, follow you across sites, or build a profile. This is why the site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of third-party services to run the site. They process data only on our instructions.

  Delivers the waitlist notification email to us.

  Your email address and the kit you selected.

• Cal.com ↗United States / EU

  Runs the booking page linked from our “Book a call” buttons.

  Whatever you enter when booking — typically name, email, company and your project notes.

• Cloudflare ↗Global edge network

  Hosts the site and provides privacy-first analytics.

  Aggregate page views and referrers. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profile.

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until the Store Kits launch has run its course, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Booking records are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship. Analytics data is aggregate and is never tied back to you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailhello@kivanlabs.com and we will act on it. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into.

If you joined the waitlist and want off it, one line is enough — we will delete the record rather than merely flag it.

Changes

If we add a service that touches personal data, this page changes at the same time and the date above moves.
